Something about me
My name is Waldemar and I am Product Owner in one of the largest companies which create a modern solutions in the telecommunication area. As a product owner I'm responsible for resource planning, backlog management and leading a new functionalities in the organizational level. Before this I was Quality Manager & Scrum Master where I was responsible for improving processes and quality in department level. After work I'm still active programmer working on my projects.
Education
University of Economy in Wroclaw
I studied Informatic in Bussiness where I gained knowledge about tools and methods which could be used to manage a projects. To build effective workflow I received practical knowledge about: BI systems, data warehouse and data analysis using python libraries.
University of Technology in Wroclaw
My main field in the University of Technology was mechanical engineering with specialization power engineering. This unique experience give me opportunity to learn how to create a projects of energy-related machines using programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Django, Flask, HTML and CSS
Professional Experience
Product owner
An experienced product leader in the telecommunications sector, specializing in managing the lifecycle of multiple products simultaneously. I possess established expertise in creating strategic Product Roadmaps, transforming business goals into functional solutions. I effectively collaborate with international and dispersed development teams using the Agile/Scrum methodology, focusing on maximizing value delivered to customers and achieving measurable results in the global market.
Software developer
As a Full Stack Software Developer, I gained solid, multi-year experience in designing and implementing web applications. I also specialized in creating tools for automating and supporting the testing of key telecommunications products. This practical, technical background—covering the entire technology stack and the quality assurance process—is an invaluable asset in my role as a Product Owner. It allows me to achieve a deep architectural and engineering understanding of the solutions being developed, which directly translates into more effective communication with development and QA teams, realistic prioritization of work, and the creation of more technically sound and achievable product roadmaps.
Software integration
One of my first professional experience was in the Software Tester position. This experience was learned me how to prepare user stories, user scenarios and how to analyze requirements. This knowledge is constantly use by me when I was worked as Software Developer, Quality Manager and in my current position as a Product Owner
Quality Manager
Before I started work as a Product Owner I was Quality Manager. Experience witch I was received in this position was improvement my understanding about products quality, how to measure main KPIs, how to sett up the quality goals and how to prepare RCA/EDA analyze to found main problems and improves process to reduce number of not planned accident and bugs. As a QA Manager I was responsible prepared regular analyzes about problems and eventual ways to improve process.
